The Greater Atlanta Girls' Choir welcomes female vocalists residing in the metropolitan Atlanta region, encompassing students from diverse public and private educational institutions, as well as those engaged in hybrid and homeschooling programs. Participants exhibit a range of skill levels, spanning from novices to seasoned performers.

The Greater Atlanta Girls’ Choir operates as a nonprofit, non denominational organization officially registered in Fulton County, Georgia. Oversight and management of the choir are entrusted to the Artistic Directors and the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for coordinating various administrative functions such as establishing general rules and policies, overseeing marketing and public relations efforts, managing concert and tour logistics, overseeing volunteer activities, and organizing fundraising initiatives. Additionally, the Board provides strategic direction and makes critical decisions regarding the overall management and trajectory of the organization. It is important to note that all members of the Board fulfill their roles on a voluntary basis. The Artistic Directors, on the other hand, is responsible for selecting musical repertoire, scheduling performances, serving as the Director of the Tour choir, and overseeing the Training Choir Director and Accompanist.
